Artist's Description
At the end of the road on the north side of Hawaii's island of Kaua'i, the cliffs of the Na Pali coast rise dramatically from the waters of the Pacific ocean. Along this rugged coastline of 3,000-foot cliffs, no roads exist. The only access to this landscape is by sea kayaking the rough currents, or hiking the rugged Kalalau trail. Here, the swells of the Pacific Ocean crash dramatically against the lava cliffs, sending a spray of saltwater 20 feet into the air, in front of the cliffs that recede into the sunset-illuminated distance.
Limited-edition hand-signed prints are available directly from the artist. Contact Adam Pender directly for more details.

V/F Sunsets are my very favorite images, it's a very difficult even of the same location or subject to find one that's identical. The changing light makes each one unique, you could take 500 pictures of the Grand Canyon from different viewpoints during the same sunset and they would all look different. You could take 500 images from the same viewpoint during sunsets on different days, and they would all be different. Just had to Favor this one, as its one of my FAVORITES out of hundreds of images in our Groups today.
