Over 800 years old, Cliff Palace stands out as the most impressive of the hundreds of cliff dwellings in Mesa Verde National Park, and is the largest cliff dwelling in North America. Just before the sun slips below the horizon, the sidelighting highlights the textures of mortar, rock, and wood, showing off the many details of the structure.

About Adam Pender
Adam is a self-taught photographer who started taking pictures on a winter camping trip in northern Minnesota. Now based out of Denver, with frequent travel, his photographic portfolio has been expanded beyond fine art landscapes to include a variety of other subject matter from coast to coast and beyond.
