As the setting sun glares off the reflective dunes of Great Sand Dunes National Park in Colorado, the footprints of many hikers disappear into the expanse of the dune field as they head toward 650-foot-tall High Dune.

About Adam Pender
Adam is a self-taught photographer who started taking pictures on a winter camping trip in northern Minnesota. Now based out of Denver, with frequent travel, his photographic portfolio has been expanded beyond fine art landscapes to include a variety of other subject matter from coast to coast and beyond.
